1. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we reply with a written confirmation (WhatsApp, email or SMS) stating the route, date, time, vehicle and agreed fixed price. Please check these details and tell us immediately of any error.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are quoted per vehicle in EUR and are all-inclusive (fuel, tolls and taxes). Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made directly to the driver on arrival. Additional stops, waiting time or route changes requested during the journey may incur a supplement, agreed in advance where possible.

3. Cancellations & changes

Standard transfers can be cancelled free of charge. We ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can reassign the vehicle. For special vehicles or long-distance bookings, specific conditions may be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Flight delays & waiting time

For airport pickups we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time at no extra cost. Reasonable waiting time is included; extended delays outside the flight schedule may be subject to a waiting charge, communicated in advance.

5. Passengers & luggage

Please book the vehicle category matching your group size and luggage. The driver may decline to carry passengers or luggage exceeding the vehicle's safe and legal capacity. Child seats are available on request.

6. Liability

Our vehicles are insured in accordance with Moroccan law. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, road closures, force majeure). Our liability is limited to the value of the transfer concerned.
